To all, as many of you are aware there has been a update within EU law which is set to change the regulations in countries around Europe regarding the purchase and supply of Nitro fuel over 16% used to power nitro engines found in model cars and buggies. This refers to Regulation (EU) No. 2019/1448, at this moment in time depending on the EU country you reside in, the law regarding access to the purchase this fuel may have change already. After some investigation with our own department of Justice we have been informed that for the

time being the State law has not yet to been updated to introduce this regulation, which for the time being means no change to the use or transport of fuel too or from events for the short term. Should we be informed of a change we will post up future details.
