
2022 RCCAOI 1/8th RallyX Championship
The RCCAOI 1/8th RallyX Nationals are back to a full race calendar for 2022 . The championship will visit NIMCC in Ballymena for the first time in a few years as well as returning to regular venues BADMCC, Navan and Cork.
The changes that were tested out for last year are being run again;
– Saturday racing is for E-buggy and Nitro Truggy
– Sunday racing is for Nitro Buggy only.
In addition to this, each venue will offer an open race day for the purposes of practice a couple of weeks before the main event.
2022 Championship Calendar and tracks
Round 1 – May 14/15 BADMCC – warm up May 1st
As always the crew at BADMCC do a lot of track upgrades over the winter period to their rallycross track and it should be in tip-top condition for round 1 of the series. Sheltered pitting and compressed air are available. No electricity is available – bring your own generator.

Round 2 July 23/24 CRCRC – warm up July 10th
The crew in Cork will be busy over the early spring freshening up the all loam track with an updated layout. Compressed air is available. Electricity and covered pitting are not available – bring your own.

Round 3 – Aug 20/21 NIMCC – warm up Aug 6th
Back on the race calendar this year the all astro track will be in top condition with a some new changes and will definitely showcase some close racing. Compressed air is available. Electricity and covered pitting is not available – bring your own.

Round 4 – Sept 24/25 NNN – warm up Sept 4th
The season finale – the crew in nNavan will have worked flat out over the spring time to resurface and add a new layout to this all astro track and this will be one not to miss . Covered pitting, electricity and compressed air are available for a small supplementary cost to your entry fee if required.
