Due to a music concert in St. Anne’s Park on the weekend of June 4th, the decision has been taken to postpone round 1 of the 2023 GP Championship. A rerun date will be announced asap.
The 1/8th RallyX National Season is back in full swing with round 1 having taken place last weekend at BADMCC. On the Saturday, Barkley Abernethy got his title defence off to a great start by winning the Truggy section ahead of Johnny Stroud and Ryan Maney. William White capitalised when Dylan McBurney suffered bad luck to claim the Ebuggy win. Bradley Baird (2wd), Dylan McBurney (4wd) and Rodney Ferguson (4wd Clubman) took class victories at Round 1 of the 1/10th Offroad National Championship at the Dublin Model Car Club.Read more “Baird, McBurney & Ferguson share honours”
After receiving responses from all of the relevant members, Round 2 of the 1/8th Onroad GT National Championship has been moved from April 9th to Sunday April 23rd.
There is an open practice for RCCAOI members this Saturday April 1st 12pm to 6pm at the Dublin Model Car Club.
The National Round is April 9th as posted in the events section – please book in at www.dublinmodelracing.com as soon as possible.
Sunday 26th of March sees the opening National Round for 1/8 GT Class in saint Anne’s park Raheny, practice is available on Saturday from 9.am to 3 p.m (un-timed) the main event will kick off Sunday morning from 9am , we hope to see a good attendance and hopefully some sunshine.
