your EFRA section chairman, Mr Franky Noens, asked me to inform you with the following urgent message, that we received from Nomac:
Due to problems with our environmental license that has been changed last year, we are not able to organize this event on the track in Heemstede.
We worked on an alternative the last days to organize the event in Rucphen, which is in agreement with the club over there.
See the letter attached explaining the situation.
Please distribute this letter to your Chairman involved, and let your drivers know as soon as possible.
