1/8th Rally X Round 1 – NAVAN

Navan Nitro Nuts hosted round 1 of this years series on their all artificial grass circuit. After a wet winter series it was very nice to race on a dry weekend for a change. Racing was very competitive all weekend with some very close action in the finals.

The 1/10th Offroad Championship kicked off in Navan last Sunday – May 26th. There was a chance the meeting would not go ahead at all for various reasons but mainly due to heavy early morning rain.

William White was appointed Secretary of the RCCAOI at the 2022 AGM. He is a 3-time National Champion and has represented Ireland at many International events.

Dear members, This years Agm will be held on Sunday the 12th of November, at 4pm at the MDL in Navan, Co. Meath. As the membership, this is your opportunity to have a say and propose changes in how the organisation and sections are ran.

Abernethy & McBurney on top step for Round 4

Round 4 of RallyX Championship was hosted by Navan Nitro Nuts and it was two tough days for most. Saturday was wet for Truggy & Ebuggy but the drivers managed to push on with some very competitive racing in both classes.

McBurney doubles at Navan

Dylan McBurney has done the double at Round 4 of the RCCAOI 1/10th Offroad Nationals at Navan. Reports from individual competitors was that it was a very competitive day with some rain to make it even more difficult. It seems everyone really enjoyed it. Round 2 re-run is at the end of September.

Round 2 of the RCCAOI RallyX Nationals including Ebuggy, Truggy and Nitro Buggy were held last weekend at NNN in Navan Co Meath. There was a wide variety of weather over the two days including very warm sunny spells and intermittent showers.
